The articles in this issue are related in several ways. They both deal with important aspects of managing project teams. Holahan and Mooney provide guidance on how project teams can manage conflict to enhance decision outcomes and project performance. Dominick, Lechler and Aronson shed light on interpersonal behaviors that contribute to effective project leadership, providing guidelines for selecting and developing the leadership competencies of project managers.
